IRELAND | episode 1: It has in fact been two years since my classmates and I embarked on our journey to encounter Ireland for one heck of a spring break trip. Two years later, I have finally waded through the thousands of pictures I took. Reliving each sacred step on all the green grass and cobblestone streets quickly brought back lovely visions of ancient buildings and fast friends. I've put together a 4 part series to share our ventures, this one being the first. 

This first episode, "Rocks, Water, and Grass" includes all of the photos taken with film while abroad. Film just works some kind of crazy magic on those emerald landscapes and hazy horizon lines.

Color is just one of those things that makes the world go round. Kandinsky said that "color is a power which directly influences the soul," and I believe it. This is the first episode of my Shades Study and I happen to be starting with BLUE. Probably my favorite color if I had to choose as it's the shade of the sky and water.
